Allowing you to serve nutritional, age-appropriate food for baby and children through to a flavoursome evening meal for the adults…. and here’s how: it's as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Simply select the appropriate colour code for the youngest member of the family you are cooking for below:

2. Choose any one of the recipes from this category in the blog or prior to this category. For example if the youngest child is 8 months + you may refer to any of the recipes from the green, yellow or coral category's of the blog but do not refer to the purple or blue category's until they have turned 10 months. It is important that you do not choose recipes from the category's that follow the babies age, as they may contain ingredients which are unsuitable for baby.
